Liberty, equality and fraternity
Said the good doctor, is the secret
To reconcile unity with diversity
An oxymoron that perplexes as a pose
As the accumulated prose of the past continues
With the deadly grip of the dead on the living
Deluding one into phantasms of liberty
Striving to find equality with word-wars
Forever renders fraternity a distant dream
Digging deeper within, one finds the eternal spring
That pours forth this truth so literally
Sans words , where diverse forms
Emerge from that buzzing unified field,
All for one and one for all
Confirming the eternal echo
Of the Buddha’s living words-

“Samsara is Nirvana and Nirvana is Samsara”
