Fears like Durga
Flees like Lakshmi
And is Aloof like Saraswathi

Invites into being
A Courageous Durga
A Harmonious Lakshmi
And a Knowledgeable Saraswathi

Only Upon seeing the hubris of the identifying mind
Conversely, feeling the viscious vulnerability of life-energy
The engine of Vijnana turns on; lubricated by exuberant Ananda
Relying now on the incessant throttle of awareness
spontaneously ignited with the potent spark of devotion
The mental Mahisha is put to rest
In that space between the breath
Where time dissolves into being
In the time-being
